Our Story

KernelTheory was born from a simple observation: Most teams either build fast without thinking, or think endlessly without building. We’ve seen both fail. So we built Kernel Theory to sit in the middle.

Between us, Abhinay and Divya have spent over a decade in the trenches of technology — Abhinay rising from software engineer to VP of Engineering, Divya from software engineer to Head of Product. We've scaled teams, shipped products, and navigated the messy reality of building things that matter.

Somewhere along the way, we realized we could create far more impact as partners — working closely with founders, shaping ideas from the ground up, and staying in the room from strategy through delivery. Not as vendors. As collaborators who genuinely care about the outcome.
